                                    VACANCY DETAILS :

Post name      : Senior Accounting Specialist.

Qualification : CA Inter/CMA Inter/CA/CMA/MBA.

Experience    : 03-05 yrs for CA/CMA

                          08 yrs for CA Inter/CMA Inter/MBA.

Location        : Chennai.

                                   JOB DESCRIPTION : 

Ensure revenue recognition for equipment business, as per accounting standard(IFRS 15). Review balance sheet account reconciliation at enterprise level. Execute monthly ICS/SOX controls on time. Perform month end close for the assigned activities/markets. Support year-end audits.

                                  RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Execution and take responsibilities for ICS/SOX controls to make it effective. Take corrective actions and documentation for audit purposes.

2. Proactively identify control deficiencies and work with business to mitigate deficiencies/risks.

3. Review of JV's, BSARs, GBSR, Internal controls related documentation.

4. Preparation  of judgmental JV's.

5. Month -close activities.

6. Liaise with Market Stakeholders on the regular activities/alignment/escalation management.

7. Provide accurate and timely data for fiscal reporting and other requirements.

8. Justification of end balance and documentation of aged /manual items.

9. Responsible for managing the performance of 3rd party colleagues.

10. E2E responsible for all accounting processes.

11. Support year-end adults including process walkthrough test of controls documentation, coordination.

12. Ensure all business events and transactions are properly recorded and justified.

13. Achieving RTR Goals and key performance Indicators.
