INDUSTRIAL TRAINEE VACANCY AT THDC LTD
THDC INDIA LTD is a leading power sector and profit making public sector enterprise and registered as a public ltd company in july-88 under the companies act 1956. THD CIL was conferred 'MINI RATNA-CATEGORY-1 Status in october-09 and upgraded to Schedule 'A'PSU in July-10 by the Govt. of India.
The Equity of the Company was earlier shared between Govt. of India and GOUP in the ratio of 75:25.
Recently, the share Purchase Agreement was executed between NTPC Ltd and President of India on March 25, 2020 for the acquisition of legal and beneficial ownership of equity held by the President of India in THDC India LTD which represents 74.496% of the total paid up share capital of THD CIL for an aggregate consideration of INR 7500 CRORE.
